Registration Info

Registration is required before Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM

Youth Protection: All EAA292's chapter officers and volunteers who work with youth under age 18 have participated in EAA's Youth Protection Program. This includes online best practices training and background checks, and is repeated every three years.

Communications Policy: We ask for email and phone numbers for both the participant, and the participant's parent or legal guardian. If the participant is 18 years or older, we will communicate directly with the participant. If the participant is younger than 18, we will communicate with their parent or guardian.
