We're planning a fly-out or drive-out to the Albany Air Museum, which is located at the Albany Airport (S12). The museum's street address is 375 Aviation Way, Albany, OR 97322.

The plan is to meet at 11 AM at the museum (see the map below) for a short business meeting. We will then tour the museum, and finish up with a grilled burger lunch at the airport. The festivities should be over sometime after 1PM.

Please register if you plan to attend. This will allow us to plan for lunch seating. And please feel free to volunteer to help with the event if you can.

If you plan to drive in: Parking is available in the areas marked in red in the diagram below. If no parking is available near the museum, Tony Hahn of Infinite Air has kindly offered to allow EAA 292 Chapter members to park near the FBO.

If you plan to fly in: Tie-downs are available on the ramp to the west of the runway (see yellow area in the map below). Tie down ropes or chains should be available, but some of us bring our own just in case.

Drive and fly safe, and see you at the Museum.

Thanks to our VP Kristin Taylor and Chapter member Deb Origer for arranging this visit.
